Denys - yeah yeah yeah yeah
i'm proud of you guys; these fabled tales i am hearing of widespread ponning would warm even the heart of a sleeping amoz (level 60 elite ponner). never mind that we are pissing off numerous teachers with each day of our disappearance! as they say, education is about teaching us to be independent, so they shall be glad that we are finally taking matters into our hands, without having to hamper and harrow them day in and day out!anyway, this being the official last week of school, i think it is only appropriate that we should pay our respects to this blog with one or two more posts (with luck maybe the fabled muthu might drop by and say hello, probably if hes drunk) before we let it rest for eternity, as it has been doing till i ill-wittingly disturbed its endless sleep.
i just want to say that despite all my complaints about vjc, i wouldn't have it any other fucking way. i would heap all the compliments and euphemisms that i know of in my ever-expanding vocabulary (never mind that 50% of them are newly learnt vulgarities in an assortment of languages) unto a53, but that is oh-so-incredibly science-y and besides, i personally believe that for each and every person in the class, a53 exists as a unique definition. and as our beloved cindy low has taught us, it is the definers that wield power, so it wouldn't be very nice if i took such liberties away from all of you.
for me, our class is really just a black box (pshaw, fear my econs s concept). irrevocably the privileged 20-odd of us have changed in one way or another through our 2 year experience, and we exit a different person from when we entered. perhaps its for good (me - more handsome, obviously) or not-so-good (daryl - leg injury saga wtf hahahahahahaha), but hell, we had a lot fun didn't we?
if you asked me to list all the happenings that shaped me to be become what i am now, i wouldn't be able to answer you. i dont think anyone would be able to answer such a question. but in the end, we don't really have to give a fuck about that -- as milton friedman said, "only surprises matter". (i swear this is the last quote) what matters is how we turned out.
and i think we turned out fine. rock on for the As, people. =)
This has been a Denys production
